My background includes experience in information security monitoring, network operations, revenue assurance, process documentation and system implementation. These roles helped me develop a strong technical foundation, analytical thinking and the ability to understand both operational and business needs.

I have worked with network traffic monitoring, security alerts, VPN access control, incident investigation, process auditing and internal system improvement. I also have experience leading collaborative work as a Scrum Master, connecting technical execution with organization and delivery.
