I am a Systems Engineer with extensive experience in information security, network monitoring, and operational optimization. Over the course of my career, I have honed my skills in diverse roles, including security analysis, revenue assurance, network support, and system implementation. My professional journey demonstrates my adaptability and commitment to delivering excellence, even in challenging environments.

For eight years, I worked at CANTV, focusing on information security monitoring. During this time, I developed and documented operational procedures while managing critical responsibilities, such as monitoring abnormal network traffic across CANTV, Movilnet, and Caveguías. I analyzed security alerts using tools like Snort and IDS signatures, authenticated VPN users, and conducted in-depth investigations into incidents such as web attacks, viruses, and MAC cloning. Utilizing tools such as Putty, NetworkMiner, Xplico, and Nmap, I contributed to a more secure and stable network environment.

Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of Revenue Assurance Coordinator at CANTV and Movilnet, where I worked for over three years. My primary responsibility was to audit system-level platforms and business processes involved in the revenue cycle. This included detecting and mitigating risks that could lead to losses or fraud. I ensured the quality and reliability of services by conducting reconciliations and functional tests on platforms such as VOICE, DATA, SMS, CRM, and HLR. I also had the privilege of leading the development of an internal system to optimize daily operations, taking on the role of Scrum Master and fostering a collaborative team environment.
